What does working with you look like?
We start by identifying your specific health goals and creating a personalized plan that works for you. Your plan will be one that is enjoyable and easy to implement, even on those days that life throws you curveballs! Depending on your individual needs, I provide the following:

Nutritional Education - Assistance with meal planning (snacks too), understanding food as medicine, hunger reduction assistance, and understanding the benefits of whole food.

Functional lab testing and Supplement Recommendations – We will find the root causes for your symptoms allowing us to achieve sustainable results.

Transforming Your Mindset – I will teach you to identify and overcome limiting beliefs, change negative thought patterns, and cultivate a positive outlook on life.

Exercise/Movement – The key to exercise is to find movement that works for you and your lifestyle. Whether it's running, yoga, or weightlifting, there's an exercise out there that can help you achieve your fitness goals. We’ll experiment with different types of exercise until we find one that you enjoy and that fits into your schedule.

Balance – the key to a healthy and long life is to find balance in all areas (nutritional, physical, emotional, and mental). I will assist you in finding ways to bring joy to all aspects of your life and remember … finding balance is a journey, not a destination, so be patient and kind to yourself along the way.
